9. Consumer and service information

If you purchase goods or services online or through distance/electronic contracting, we provide required pre-contract information and identity/location and price/payment terms in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 1023-XII).

If we offer tourism services, we provide reliable and understandable information about the terms and conditions of tourist services before the contract is concluded under Закон України "Про туризм".

If we act as a tour operator (not an agent), we apply the applicable licensing requirements, including publication of specific information required by Закон України "Про туризм" and Кабінет Міністрів України Resolution No. 991 "On the approval of the Licensing conditions for conducting tour operator activities".
