Terms of Service

1) Who can use the Service (eligibility)

You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or place requests through the Service. If a booking is made for participants who are younger than 18, the booking must be made by a person who is able to provide and confirm the required participant details and who is responsible for such participants.

2) Service scope and limitations

The Service helps you plan and request festival travel arrangements, such as itinerary suggestions and requests to participating partners. The Service does not guarantee that any specific transport, accommodation, venue access, or other elements will be available at the time you request them.

Itinerary and planning content (including schedules, recommendations, and timing) may change due to provider availability, festival organizers’ updates, weather, operational constraints, or other circumstances beyond the Service’s control.

3) Availability and responsibility for bookings

Any confirmed booking depends on acceptance and availability by the relevant provider(s). The Service may relay your request, but the ultimate provider(s) are responsible for fulfilling their own services and conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise in your confirmation.

If there is a discrepancy between information displayed in the Service and a provider’s final confirmation, the provider’s confirmation will prevail for that provider’s portion of services.

4) Included vs. not included

Unless your confirmation specifically states otherwise, your booking may not include items such as travel insurance, personal expenses, transfers not listed in the confirmation, meals not listed in the confirmation, or any services arranged separately by you or other parties.

You should review your confirmation and provider terms for what is included, what is excluded, and any conditions or limitations.

5) Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules depend on the relevant provider(s) and the terms shown during your booking request and confirmation. Where provider terms apply, the Service will not override those terms.

To submit a claim related to a purchase or service, follow the instructions provided in the confirmation and contact us using the contact details in the footer.

6) User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, to provide accurate information, and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s operation.

7) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that recommendations will result in availability.

We disclaim liability for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including provider changes, government/venue decisions, travel advisories, and force majeure events.

8) Liability and limitations

The Service’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

In any case, we are not responsible for actions or omissions by third-party providers, except where we are legally responsible for them.

9) Mandatory legal information (UA)

Information and pre-contract disclosures: If you enter into a distance/electronic agreement, the Service provides the required pre-contract information, including information identifying the business, its location, price/payment terms, key characteristics of the services, and cancellation/termination details relevant to the agreement, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 1023-XII).

Your rights: A consumer-facing business/online seller must disclose clear, accessible information identifying the business and providing required service/product details, including a way to submit claims, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 1023-XII).

Tour/tourism services: If the Service involves tourist services, we provide reliable, accessible and understandable information about the terms/conditions of tourist services before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Закон України "Про туризм".

Tour operator licensing (if applicable): If we act as a tour operator (not an agent), we comply with licensing requirements and publish the specific information required by applicable licensing conditions, in accordance with Закон України "Про туризм" та Кабінет Міністрів України Resolution No. 991 "On the approval of the Licensing conditions for conducting tour operator activities".

Personal data: If the Service collects personal data (for example, through forms or bookings), processing is carried out on a lawful basis and includes required transparency/consent information where applicable, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (№ 2297-VI).
